TinyThree is a focused habit-building app (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how TinyThree handles information when you use the app and its widget.
Information We Handle
TinyThree stores the information you create in the app, including:
- Habit names, icons, categories, colors, targets, and progression settings.
- Completion history, levels, and optional completion reflections, such as “Easy” or “Too Hard.”
- App preferences, including whether onboarding has been completed.
- A limited snapshot of active habits and their completion state for the TinyThree widget.
How Information Is Stored
Habit data, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. The widget snapshot is stored in an Apple App Group shared only between TinyThree and its widget extension on your device.
TinyThree does not require an account and does not currently provide cloud sync. We do not operate servers that receive your habit data, completion history, or reflections.
Purchases and Subscriptions
TinyThree Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles payment information. TinyThree checks your current subscription entitlement to unlock Plus features, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Your purchase is subject to the App Store terms and Apple’s privacy practices. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Journey Exports
When you choose to export a journey, TinyThree creates a temporary text file on your device. The file may include the habit information and history you choose to export. You decide whether to share that file and which app or recipient receives it. Once shared, the recipient’s privacy practices apply.
Information We Do Not Collect
TinyThree does not currently collect or use:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.
- Precise location information.
- Contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data.
- Advertising identifiers or third-party advertising data.
- Third-party analytics or tracking data.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your information remains on your device until you remove it in the app, clear the app’s data through iOS, or delete the app. Deleting the app may remove locally stored TinyThree data. Because TinyThree does not store your habit data on our servers, we cannot retrieve or restore it for you.
Children’s Privacy
TinyThree is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when TinyThree changes. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
